This feature is free and ready to use once your iTalkBB Home Phone is active. It shows the name and number of incoming calls and allows you to decide if you want to answer the calls.
Call Forwarding
iTalkBB offers free Call Forwarding feature. You can forward all incoming calls, and/or forward no answer incoming calls to a phone number to which all calls will be forwarded. With the Call Forwarding feature, you never miss a call.
Listen to the dial tone. Dial *72 followed by the number to which calls will be forwarded.
When you hear a beep, the change you made has been accepted.
Deactivate Call Forwarding Always
Listen to the dial tone. Dial *73 followed by the number to which calls will be forwarded.
When you hear a beep, the change you made has been accepted.
Activate Call Forwarding No Answer
Listen to the dial tone. Dial *92 followed by the number to which calls will be forwarded.
When you hear a beep, the change you made has been accepted.
Deactivate Call Forwarding No Answer
Listen to the dial tone. Dial *93 followed by the number to which calls will be forwarded.
When you hear a beep, the change you made has been accepted.
Call Waiting
This feature is free and ready to use once your iTalkBB Home Phone is active. You will be alerted of another incoming call with name and number displayed while you are on the phone. With such, you can decide to accept, reject or ignore a second incoming call while you're already on a call.
Three-Way Calling
iTalkBB Home Phone provides free Three-Way Calling feature also named as Conference Call feature. This feature allows you to add a third caller to your current phone conversation at any time. This feature is free and ready to use once your iTalkBB Home Phone is active.
2.Once connected, press Answer or Flash key putting the first party on hold.
3.After you hear the dial tone, dial the second party.
4.After the second party is connected, press Answer or Flash key again, then you're all connected.
In-Network Calls
iTalkBB Home Phone provides free In-Network Calling. Call any iTalkBB Home Phone customer directly at his/her 899 Number and enjoy unlimited talk for free. (What is 899 Number?)
Voice Mail
iTalkBB provides free Voicemail feature. With such, you can receive and check your voicemails anytime and never miss a call. It also provides E-voicemail service which allows you to retrieve your voicemail messages via email.
You can record your personal greeting over your phone.
You can also log in your account, go to "Add-Ons" and click on "Voicemail" to set up, activate or deactivate this feature.
After activating this feature, your voice messages will be sent to your email box, and will be available on your online account for 24 hours.
If you don't want to use Voicemail feature, we provides Call Forwarding as another option.
Fax
iTalkBB Home Phone provides free domestic fax service.
How to use: same as normal calls within Australia.
