You can change your iTalkBB Home Phone plan anytime. You can upgrade your plan anytime or downgrade your plan within the 30 days trial period at no cost. If you are in a contract, a $50 plan downgraed fee will apply when you downgrade your plan after the 30 days trial period. If you are not in any contract, you can change your plan anytime at no cost.

iTalkBB provides all home phone customers with the International Mobile Calling feature, which allows you to make international calls from your mobile for free or at a super low rate.
Before making your first call with this service, you need to register your mobile phone number in your iTalkBB online account.
Instructions: Log in to your iTalkBB account. Go to "Add-Ons" > "iTalkFreedom" to register your mobile phone number.
