How to manage my monthly bills?
With iTalkBB's secure account management site, you can easily view or print your bills.Click hereto log in to your account (Don't know how to log in? Click here for instructions). Go to "Bill & Payments" on the top menu bar to check your bill details.
If you have an unlimited calling plan, iTalkBB will make one charge at the beginning of the month which includes current monthly fee and international long distance charge from the previous month. Within the same billing cycle, if your long distance charge exceeds $20.00, your credit card will be automatically charged for $20.00 before the next billing cycle.
If you do not have an unlimited calling plan, your credit card will be charged for $20.00 when the account is established. The $20.00 applies to all monthly fees, local, domestic long distance and international long distance charge. When the balance falls below $5.00, your credit card will be automatically charged again to bring the balance back to $20.00.
