When your China family or friends call your China 950 number, MOBO customer will be charged $0.02/min which will be deducted from your MOBO account balance. If your mobile line has free incoming call plan, then this incoming call through China 950 number will NOT incur any incoming call charge from your mobile/fixed service provider.
