What should I do if screen freezes while watching?
Please exit the program that you are watching. Choose another program. If there is no problem, try to watch the program that freezed again.If you can't exit the program, please turn the TV Box off and unplug it. Wait for 10 seconds, and then reboot the device.If the problem still exists, please check your internet connection.
How to watch live channels?
Choose "Live TV" on the homepage with your remote control, and you can see sub-categories for the channels. Choose the sub-category you would like to watch and browse the detailed channel lineup. Click "ok" when you see the name of the channel you want to watch.
Why there is only image but no sound?
If you are using the composite AV cable, please make sure the three ends are connected to the ports in the same color.Make sure your cable is not broken, use other composite AV cable or HDMI cable. Check your iTalkBB TV Box and TV, and make sure they are not in the mute mode.

What should I do if the remote control doesn't work?
Check if the red light in the front end of the remote is on when you click the buttons. If it's not on, please check if you have put batteries in the remote. If it's on, make sure you point the remote at the Box instead of pointing at the television. And please use the remote within 5 meter radius.

Does iTalkBB Chinese TV provide video download service?
We do not provide download service for now. But we have 72 hour automatic DVR service for all channels and over 30000 hour of VOD content. It's completely free. You can watch them at anytime you want. It's not that different from downloading it to the local device.
